At the end of our 37-week (that means 3 weeks until full term) ultrasound on Monday, Baby Boyette 4 is estimated to be 8 lbs., 9 oz. already. Of course they say give or take a pound, but that's still bigger than most babies at birth! |

As an encore to her nail polish and lipstick mischief, my baby M found herself a little scared today after she climbed from her new bed onto the window sill, and couldn't get down. Mama saved her, but only after she was able to locate the missing child - she was behind the window shade, and very still. |

The following is taken from an actual e-mail from my wife just after one o'clock today:
In case you were wondering M can climb on to the top of my dresser, open a bottle of fingernail polish, and spill it onto the dresser and herself. She can also get pink "bips" [translation: lipstick] on our comforter.... I'm beat so I'm going to lay down for a few minutes.... Hope your day is going well.
I love that part about my day going well. Even if my day was going well, at this point, I'm starting to get a little concerned. Fortunately, most things went smoothly at home after this. This third child of ours is at least two hands full, and many times more than that. |

This past week my 17-month old baby has learned (and loves) to whistle. I have no idea how she stumbled upon this skill, but she really can whistle. And it's not just one note either - she can change the pitch and duration to make little songs to wow us with. I think I was about 12 before I learned to do that. There's just something really funny about a girl in diapers that can whistle in her car seat, or walking down the hallway. |

Let's see... My mom was in town visiting last week, which was very nice and relaxing. For the first time, I felt my newest baby moving inside Mama's belly last night. |
